Before you book, make sure you're comfortable with this Host's cancellation policy

1. Guests should not engage in illegal activity. 2. Pets under 30lbs are allowed on the property and a pet fee for $35 per night applies to the reservation. No more than 2 pets are allowed per stay. 3. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. 4. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed. 5. Organizing Events on the property is not allowed. 6. Guests shall allow the property owner or any designated workers access to the property for landscaping and routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs and building inspections. 7. Firearms are not permitted on the property. 8. You agree NOT to flush sanitary napkins, paper towels, baby wipes, diapers, dental floss, Q-Tips, Cotton pads or cotton products, medication or gum down the toilet. 9. You agree NOT to throw egg shells or potato skins in the kitchen sink garbage disposal unit. 10. You agree to clear your dirty dishes and start the dishwasher before checkout. Dishwasher cubes are placed under the sink. 11. You agree to clear all trash from inside.
